1.Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or tampered at the time of delivery.
2. Return Request Window:
You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
3. How to Request a Return:
Email us at support@ziply5.com with your Order ID, product photos, and a brief issue description.
4. Refund Process:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
